Sold a pair of shoes that were correct but the authenticator said it failed because they looked at the wrong number. I’m done with this app, never using it again. Edit: I reached out to customer service and never got a reply And their interface sucks. Tons of bugs and lagging. Easy as heck to make a mistake on your listing. They didn’t bother to make a desktop website to make things easier. Zero customer service. I’m done with this

Unable to purchase shoes. Don’t know why. Only seller option, asked customer service but they told me to wait. My friends helped me buy shoes from poizon before and it was fine but I can’t buy with my own app. I really want to buy here but unable to. Wonder if poizon hates money.

Thank you for your interest! The reason you’re seeing only the seller option is that your POIZON app region might not be set to the United States. Currently, POIZON’s buyer mode is only available in the U.S. region. We’re working on expanding this mode to more countries soon, so stay tuned!

Horrible. I initially received a order confirmation, I’ve still never received a shipping confirmation. I’ve also not received my shoes or a refund. My tracking information shows that they sent my shoes to Illinois and I live in Washington State. I was told over and over that the shipped my shoes to a warehouse in Illinois for authentication purposes. And that the would promptly send them to me in just a couple more days. Never happened. I requested a refund and was told I would have to return t

100% Satisfied. My shoes were delivered within the timeframe given, they were 100% authentic, and although they weren’t the exact color I was looking for, they were a really, really great deal. I was amazed to find them at all, brand new, and in my size, so I was thrilled. FYI The return window is short, and you must return the shoes and box in PERFECT condition or they will reject them and return them to you. Given that they kept their promises, I think that’s absolutely fair.

poizon holding it down, stockx is a joke in my opinion. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them, poison not at all! selection is second to none and if needed you can actually get ahold of someone w/out a million please hold sirs or nothing but foreigners or voice prompts. poizon all the way fa show…if u really into sneakers and fashion if not then this whole platform prolly doesn’t even pertain to u and most likely not tailored to your specific wants or needs.

Shoes were delievered to the warehouse over 2 weeks ago, but havent been authenticated yet. App says still waiting on shipping. Contacted customer service and they have not helped one bit. Said they forwarded my claim to a team, but that was 4 days ago and no response yet.

Do not sell shoes on this app. I Cant Believe this app can’t even figure out how much they should charge the seller. The way they charge the seller is so confusing. I have some Completed orders and i have Already received the money via bank Transfer. Now Suddenly they told me that they did system Upgrade and found out that i still owe them 3.2$for each Pair . Its Rediculous. And 4pairs i sent to them are still Missing. I use their ups label. So disappointed now. Also they charge way too much.

I can’t switch to buyer mode. The only way to use this app is to be a seller. Contacted customer service for some help, they said that the app is being updated and buyer mode is unavailable, and all I can do is wait. Ok, I was waiting a month, and finally, there’s an update. I downloaded, but there is no changes. I tried to log out and log in – no success. I even tried to sign up once again using different email – no success. How come? My friend has this app &use it as a buyer. Is it a lottery?
